Q: How do we receive the images?
A: We provide an online gallery where you can download your images in digital format. You will also have the option to purchase albums, prints, and canvases.

Q: I love your editorials. Would you be able to help us style our pre-wedding?
A: Yes. Our editorial sessions are one of a kind and a big part of what we do. We love bringing together Vancouver’s top industry professionals to create something inspiring, refined, and personal to you. Q: Do you recommend working with a planner?
A: Absolutely. We strongly recommend working with a wedding planner to help bring your vision to life and keep your wedding day running smoothly. A great planner helps with coordination and communication with vendors, and a strong designer can help build on your vision and guide the right design choices for the day. We are also happy to share who we enjoy working with.

Q: Can I customize a package to fit my needs?
A: Yes. Every celebration is different, and customization is always welcome. Let us know what you need and we will create a quote based on your plans.

Q: How many photos will we receive?
A: The final number depends on your coverage and the flow of the day. For a 10-hour wedding day, you can generally expect around 500–600 photos.

Q: Do you bring your own lighting?
A: Yes. We always bring our own lighting on the wedding day so we are prepared for different situations. We also make sure the warmth of the lighting matches your ambience so the final result feels natural. We ask that you allow at least 30 minutes for setup when needed.

Q: What is the difference between a pre-wedding and an engagement session?
A: A pre-wedding session includes hair and makeup, along with access to over 100 wedding dresses to choose from. An engagement session is more lifestyle-focused, with casual or semi-formal attire.

Q: How many people will be there on my wedding day?
A: Typically, there will be 2 photographers and possibly an assistant.

Q: Do you attend our rehearsal?
A: Yes, we are happy to capture your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Feel free to inquire for more details.

Q: Do you do destination weddings and pre-weddings?
A: Yes, we do. We love to travel and are available for destination weddings and pre-weddings.

Q: Do you offer prints and albums?
A: Yes. Your online gallery will include print ordering options, and we are also happy to design your album for you.

Q: What is feature retouching?
A: Feature retouching is meant to help you look your best while still looking like yourself. Beyond basic color correction, it can include removing blemishes, smoothing skin, and subtly enhancing features.

Q: Would you help us choose a photo shoot location on the wedding day?
A: Yes. Once your full itinerary is created, we are happy to suggest a few location options. We are also open to your preferences if our suggestions do not align with your vision.

Q: How do you accept payments?
A: We prefer e-transfer. We also accept credit cards, though a 3.5% processing fee applies.

Q: How do we book you?
A: Once you accept the quote, you will be sent a contract. After the contract is signed, an invoice will be issued. To officially reserve your date, a 50% retainer is required by e-transfer. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the celebration.

Q: We don’t take photos very often. Would you teach us how to pose?
A: Of course. That is part of our job. Our goal is to create images that feel natural and effortless, even if you are not used to being in front of the camera. We guide in a way that helps you look relaxed, refined, and naturally connected.

Q: Who owns the copyright?
A: You are welcome to use the photos for personal use. We may also submit selected images for publication in digital or print.

Q: Do you offer dresses?
A: Yes. We have over 100 unique dresses, handpicked by us in person. These are available for pre-wedding sessions and for wedding day use.

Q: What if it rains?
A: For pre-wedding sessions, you are welcome to reschedule. If it rains on the wedding day, we usually suggest preparing a few umbrellas and can still create a few beautiful outdoor images. We may also make use of your venue and décor for additional creative coverage.

Q: I have some requests.
A: Please send us any special requests, must-have shots, and style preferences around 3–5 days before the shoot. You are also welcome to share your priorities and why you selected your location.
